Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management. The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, meetings, correspondence, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules of senior management.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and other official documents.
Maintain confidential records, files, and important company documents.
Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and communication on behalf of management when required.
Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM)



and ensure timely follow-up on assigned action points.
Coordinate with HODs and different departments for key updates and requirements.
Track pending tasks and provide regular follow-ups to concerned persons.
Assist management in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and business updates.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, transportation, and official visits whenever required.
Maintain proper documentation of management-related activities.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete professionalism.
Coordinate with external vendors, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders as instructed.
Perform any other administrative or coordination responsibilities assigned by senior management.

Valuable knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
