We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Factory Supervisor to oversee our production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily factory operations to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
Monitor production schedules and optimize workflow for maximum efficiency.
Lead, motivate, and coordinate production workers and machine operators.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and company manufacturing procedures.
Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with production planning, stores, quality, and maintenance teams.
Monitor machine performance and report maintenance requirements.
Reduce production downtime, material wastage, and process inefficiencies.
Maintain production records, attendance, and daily reports.




Train and guide employees on production processes and best practices.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Factory Supervisor or Production Supervisor, preferably in a manufacturing workplace.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Positive understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety practices.
Ability to solve shop-floor issues and make quick decisions.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, production reporting, ERP is an added advantage).

Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
