Location: Coimbatore
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month + work-related travel expenses

We are looking for an organised, responsible and hands-on E-commerce & Operations Executive to join our growing women’s fashion brand.

This role covers website management, customer communication, order fulfilment, production coordination, inventory and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce: Product listings, image uploads, descriptions and website backend updates.
Customer Support: Handle Instagram, WhatsApp and customer calls; manage order queries, returns and exchanges.
Order Fulfilment: Process, prepare, pack and dispatch orders. Coordinate made-to-order production and follow through until dispatch.
Inventory: Manage stock inward, transfers, routine stock checks, bad-stock records and stock reporting.
Logistics & Supplies: Coordinate raw materials, operational supplies and finished-goods movement, including occasional local pickups. Two-wheeler is a must.





What We Are Looking For
Solid organisational and follow-up skills
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Comfortable with computers, Google Sheets/Excel and online tools
Comfortable handling Instagram and WhatsApp
Responsible with products, stock and documentation
Able to multitask and take ownership
Must have a two-wheeler and be comfortable using it for work-related travel
Experience in e-commerce, fashion, retail or operations is an advantage

Key

This is not a pure desk or warehouse role. You will work across the multiple operational roles.

You will work closely with the founder, designer and tailoring team in a growing fashion brand.

Work-related travel expenses are reimbursed separately.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
