Key Responsibilities:
Manage
Distribution Business Management
and coordinate with Sales & Distribution teams.
Conduct and coordinate
weekly and monthly business reviews
with key stakeholders.
Analyse business performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective action plans.
Prepare and monitor
MIS, dashboards, business reports, and management presentations
.
Track key business metrics including sourcing, login, disbursement, productivity, and target achievement.
Coordinate with Business, Distribution, Credit, Collections, Product, and other cross-functional teams.
Identify process gaps and drive initiatives for
business improvement and operational efficiency
.
Prepare
MOMs, action trackers, and follow-up reports
to ensure timely closure of key action points.
Support management in business planning, performance tracking, and strategic initiatives.




Provide data-driven insights to improve business performance and decision-making.

Key Requirements:
Master's degree in
Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering
, or a related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
3–6 years of relevant experience in
Business Management, Sales & Distribution, Business Analytics, Product Management, or related roles
.
Robust understanding of
Sales, Distribution, Credit, and Collections processes
.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel, MIS, PowerPoint, and data analysis
.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with a business-oriented approach.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in conducting business reviews and preparing management reports.
Strong ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Positive business acumen with a
result-oriented approach
.
Experience in
NBFC/Banking/Fintech
will be preferred.
