About ALFAFUJI

ALFAFUJI Elevator India Private Limited is an emerging elevator and vertical transportation company specializing in current elevator supply & installation, modernization, AMC, maintenance, and elevator-related solutions.

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team in Thiruvananthapuram.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities through field visits and direct prospecting.
Visit builders, architects, consultants, contractors, MEP companies, hospitals, hotels, residential/commercial buildings, and existing lift owners.
Generate leads for new elevator projects, modernization, AMC, maintenance, and related services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
Conduct regular site visits and understand customer requirements.




Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for quotations, site inspections, and project requirements.
Follow up with prospects from initial enquiry through negotiation and closure.
Maintain accurate daily visit reports, lead records, and follow-up updates.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities.
Represent ALFAFUJI professionally during client meetings and site visits.

Candidate Profile
Diploma / Degree in any discipline; technical or engineering background is an advantage.
0–3 years of experience in outdoor sales / business development preferred.
Experience in elevator, construction, MEP, building materials, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable with extensive field work and client visits.
