About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Executive with solid hands-on expertise in ADP Payroll, Bookkeeping, and QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and payroll operations for U.S.-based clients, with a robust focus on maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payroll processing.

Experience with Amazon DSP accounting will be an added advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesADP Payroll – Primary Responsibility
Manage end-to-end
U.S. payroll processing using ADP
.
Process employee and driver payroll accurately and on time.
Handle
driver incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions, overtime, and other payroll adjustments
.
Review payroll data and identify discrepancies before payroll submission.




Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with clients to collect and verify payroll-related information.
Ensure payroll activities comply with applicable U.S. payroll requirements and company procedures.

Bookkeeping & QuickBooks
Manage day-to-day
bookkeeping operations for U.S.-based clients

Maintain accurate financial records using
QuickBooks
.
Record and categorize income, expenses, transactions, and journal entries.
Perform
bank and credit card reconciliations
.
Manage
Accounts Payable (AP)
and
Accounts Receivable (AR)
.
Review transactions and ensure proper account classification.
Maintain organized financial documentation and supporting records.
Assist with month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
