Job Responsibilities
Procurement from scratch for all upcoming on going Internal IT requirement orders. Will be responsible to procure all IT orders like Servers, Networking, Softwares, structure cabling etc.
Organize all procurement activities relating from Purchase Request to Purchase Order (PR to PO) in ERP system.
Review requisitions for completeness and accuracy, follow up on discrepancies with the initiating department and identify available suppliers for each requisitioned item.
Convert Process requisitions into purchase orders using ERP software and any resulting change orders.
Resolve payment related queries of vendors Empanelment and evaluation of Vendors. Negotiation and execution.
Managing all post-delivery tasks and tracking deliveries.
Manage and nurture a team of purchase team.
Interact on regular basis with vendors/suppliers for any current product in market
Extremely in tune with the technology developments in the market
Should have an eye for details and tough managerial skills.

Must Have Skill:
Must have IT equipment knowledge & Any ERP Knowledge.

Qualification and Experience:

Any Graduate or above having experience in Procurement
