Job Summary

One of our Prestigious clients is looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls, confirm orders, collect customer feedback, and assist customers with their order-related queries.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation.
Receive incoming customer calls and respond to queries related to orders.
Coordinate with customers regarding order status and requirements.
Take customer feedback and communicate it to the concerned team.
Maintain proper records of customer calls, orders and feedback.
Follow up with customers whenever required.
Ensure skilled and courteous communication with customers

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline.





Freshers can apply; candidates with 6 months2 years of tele calling /customer service experience will be preferred.

Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic/speak able English.
Comfortable making and receiving customer calls.
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
Candidates willing to work from office at Mahape should apply.

Salary: 17,000 – 24,000 In-Hand

Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Gender: Any
