Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our in-house HR team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with management.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate offer discussions and joining formalities.
Support onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
Assist with day-to-day HR coordination and employee engagement activities.





Requirements
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in end-to-end recruitment, consultancy recruitment, or in-house hiring will be preferred.
