Job Description:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth clinic operations by handling front-desk duties, managing appointments, and assisting both patients and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage appointment bookings and maintain an productive appointment schedule.
Handle phone calls and emails, answering patient inquiries and redirecting them as necessary.
Process patient registrations and manage accurate patient records.
Billing and payment handling,



including insurance claims if applicable.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Coordinate with medical staff for seamless patient flow and clinic efficiency.
Ensure adherence to clinic policies and confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (any healthcare-related certification is a plus).
Prior experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, and [Local Language]).
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, clinic management software).
Friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
