Role & responsibilities
To ensure compliance of GMP/GEP.
To ensure safety compliance as per Abbott Safety Guidelines.
To carryout daily shift activity in Plant.
Preparing Preventive maintenance schedule of equipment.
Daily Power & Running Hour report generation.
Monthly Breakdown Data preparation & analysis.
Generation of daily shift report and shift handling.
Why-Why analysis of repeated issue in tablet and liquid oral block with continual improvement in equipment performance.
Identify & implementation of projects for equipments efficiency improvement.
Inventory management of PLC/HMI spares and related software.
Upkeep of electrical wiring diagram of the equipment.
To impart technical support & training to subordinates & colleagues.
Co-ordination with contractor for execution of area related work, issuing of work permits & their closure.
Inventory management and Procurement of electrical/instrumentation spares of equipment’s.
Track MTTR and MTBF of equipment/area on regular basis.
Exposure to pharma equipment like CVC, BQS, Elmach, Fette, Korsch, ACG, Glatt, Bectochem, Brothers Pharmamech, Shreeji , Romaco etc.
