Job Summary

The Technical Specialist at HCL will be responsible for overseeing the Java, Microservices, and Amazon Web Services components of projects. They will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions using these technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Designing and developing high-volume, low latency applications for mission critical systems
Leading software development activities and providing technical guidance to the team
Collaborating with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
Identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to mitigate and address these issues
Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and enhance team skills

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in java programming language and its ecosystem




Experience with node.js and building applications using node.js
Robust understanding of microservices architecture and design principles
Handson experience with amazon web services (aws) cloud services
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work effectively in a rapid paced and agile environment
Solid understanding of software development best practices

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Java, Microservices, or AWS would be a plus
