About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled Video Editor who can independently take projects from raw footage to final delivery. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, music, sound, colour, and visual aesthetics, along with the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced production setting.

The role will involve editing government films, documentaries, corporate films, TVCs, promotional videos, social media content, and other digital projects .

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit raw footage into engaging, polished, and high-quality videos.
Create impactful edits for documentaries, ad films, corporate films, government campaigns,



and digital content.
Develop solid narratives through effective pacing, sequencing, and visual flow.
Prepare rough cuts, fine cuts, and final edits as per project Requirements.

Creative Storytelling
Translate scripts, concepts, and creative briefs into compelling visual stories.
Work closely with directors and creative teams to execute the desired creative vision.
Suggest creative approaches and editing techniques to improve the overall narrative.
Audio & Visual Enhancement
Sync footage with dialogues, voiceovers, music, and sound effects.
Add appropriate transitions, graphics, motion elements, and visual effects.
Perform basic colour correction and visual enhancement.
Maintain clean, balanced, and consistent audio throughout the video.
Collaboration & Feedback
Coordinate with directors, scriptwriters, cinematographers, and production teams.
