Job Description — Operations Executive – Disbursement & Transaction Operations

Department: Operations
Location: Andheri, Mumbai.
Band: Executive / Senior Executive

Role Objective

To manage end-to-end disbursement execution, invoicing, and transaction coordination, ensuring timely and accurate fund flow.

Key Responsibilities
Invoice validation
Transaction document verification
Maker & checker disbursement checklists
Create payment advice and repayment schedules
Coordinate management approvals for disbursement
Execute TREDS bidding

KRAs & KPIs

1: Disbursement Accuracy & Timeliness
Disbursements processed within TAT
Zero disbursement errors due to ops issues

2: Invoice & Platform Readiness
Platform upload accuracy (TREDS)
Rework / rejection rate

3: Operational Coordination




Approval turnaround time
Internal escalation count

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 2–4 years in back-office, operations, at a Bank/NBFC.

Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Collections & Disbursements.
Proficiency in MS Excel.

Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage timelines in a high-pressure setting.
