Role & responsibilities
Visit medical specialists regularly to promote company products and generate prescriptions in line with strategic objectives.
Ensure smooth product availability by visiting chemists and stockists across the assigned territory.
Actively participate in doctor meets, seminars, and promotional events to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Self-development on therapy, product & competition knowledge and relevant selling skills. Attend development programs designed by the company.
Collect and share market insights on both company and competitor products with the product management team and senior hierarchy.
Conduct market research, updating of customer list as per companys requirement.
Report daily field activities through the company’s reporting tools to keep supervisors updated on progress.
Ensure adherence to company/Division norms on sales and effort parameters.
