Role Overview

Business Development Manager
with enterprise sales experience in
scaleups/SMEs
(not startups) within IT services and consulting. The role focuses on
driving business growth in the US & UK markets

building robust client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in Web2, Web3, Blockchain, and AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent enterprise clients in Web2, Web3, Blockchain, and AI/ML domains.
Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
Develop and present customized proposals, RFPs, and SOWs in collaboration with technical teams.
Manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.
Analyze market trends and develop go-to-market strategies for target regions.
Represent the company in client meetings, webinars, and industry events.

Qualifications
8–15 years of business development experience in IT services
