Functional expertise in the healthcare/PBM domain, with the ability to guide design and business decisions.
Robust hands-on experience with Mainframe/Synon and COBOL, including development, enhancement, and code review.
Extensive experience with AS400 DB2 databases, including data modeling and performance tuning.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex queries, analysis, and optimization.
In-depth understanding of AS400 architecture and system design principles.
Solid knowledge of AS400 job scheduling, monitoring, and performance optimization techniques.
Proven expertise in production issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution.
Experience with impact analysis, modernization initiatives, and system enhancements.
