Location: Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1, Recent Delhi

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and proactive Executive Assistant to the Director to manage day-to-day coordination, communication and clerical/administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a bold and confident personality, and be comfortable communicating with MNC representatives, corporate clients, vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with MNCs, corporate clients, vendors and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
Handle qualified calls, emails and regular follow-ups.
Assist the Director with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
Schedule meetings, appointments and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain reports, documents and records.
Coordinate with different departments and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Follow up with clients,



vendors and internal teams and provide regular updates.
Handle clerical and documentation work.
Maintain confidentiality of management and company information.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Director.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bold, confident and fluent in communication.
Comfortable speaking with senior-level professionals and MNC representatives.
Good follow-up, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and Email.
Smart, presentable and professional personality.
Ability to multitask and manage work with minimum supervision.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Coordinator / Administrative Executive will be preferred.
