Position Overview

Enthral is looking for an organised and proactive LMS Administrator & In office Project Coordinator to manage learning-platform operations and coordinate implementation activities from an assigned client location in Nashik. The candidate will serve as the primary in office point of contact and will independently manage assigned activities while maintaining effective communication with client stakeholders and internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesLMS Administration and Operations

· Manage users, groups, roles, permissions and enrolments.

· Administer course catalogues, learning paths, assessments and learner assignments.

· Upload, publish and validate SCORM packages and other digital-learning content.

· Support content migration, catalogue updates and platform housekeeping.

· Monitor learner progress, completion status and data accuracy.

· Handle routine LMS queries and coordinate their resolution.





· Prepare scheduled reports, dashboards and usage summaries.

· Maintain administration records, process documents and knowledge articles.

· Ensure adherence to defined LMS workflows, controls and service standards.

Project and Client Coordination

· Own assigned implementation and deployment activities at the client location.

· Gather requirements and maintain project documentation, trackers and action logs.

· Track milestones, dependencies, risks and issues through closure.

· Coordinate with client SPOCs, learners, business teams and Enthral’s internal teams.

· Drive UAT coordination, defect validation, sign-off and go-live readiness.

· Coordinate training readiness, user communications and post-go-live activities.

· Track change requests and enhancement items through completion.

· Provide regular status updates and escalate risks or blockers proactively.
