Job Title: HRMS Analyst
Role Purpose
The HRMS Analyst is responsible for driving effective HR operations, maintaining solid HR data governance, and enabling system-led process excellence. The role ensures seamless HRMS operations, secure integrations, compliant position management, audit readiness, and continuous improvement through structured projects and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Audit Management
Manage day-to-day HRMS operations and ticket resolution within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues and improve first-time-right execution.
Ensure stability of HR system integrations and downstream data flows.
Partner with IT and vendors to resolve configuration or interface-related issues.
Maintain audit documentation and ensure compliance readiness across HR data and processes.
Proactively identify operational risks and implement preventive controls.
HRMS Data Integrity & Position Management Governance
Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee and position data across assigned functions.
Govern position lifecycle actions in alignment with approved organization structures and workforce plans.
Monitor data changes to prevent structural deviations or non-compliant updates.
Conduct periodic data validations, reconciliations, and clean-up exercises.
Ensure timely closure of data-related observations and strengthen system-based validation controls.
Projects, Automation & Process Improvement
Lead end-to-end delivery of HRMS projects and system enhancements.
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Coordinate testing cycles, impact assessments, and post-go-live stabilization.
Drive automation and process simplification initiatives to reduce manual effort and errors.
Ensure sustainable implementation with minimal post-implementation disruptions.
