Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer for our plant at Bhusawal, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, VFDs, field instruments, utility maintenance, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance team.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Troubleshoot PLC systems and resolve electrical/instrumentation-related issues.
Troubleshoot and maintain field instruments, including:
Flow Transmitters
Level Transmitters
Pressure Transmitters
Temperature Transmitters
DP Transmitters
Control Valves
Handle installation, programming, commissioning,
and troubleshooting of VFDs for various industrial applications.
Experience with VFD applications such as cranes, hoists, speed control systems, and other variable-speed equipment.
Configure and troubleshoot PID/Load Cell Indicators & Controllers and ON/OFF Controllers.
Handle maintenance of plant utilities, including:
DG Sets
Compressors
Blowers
Vacuum Pumps
Read and interpret Power, Control, SLD (Single Line Diagram), and P&ID; drawings.
Ensure maximum equipment uptime and smooth plant operations.
Maintain records of breakdowns, maintenance activities, RCA, and corrective actions.
Manage inventory of electrical and instrumentation spares as per company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for daily operational requirements.
Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and maintenance procedures.
