Skilled Experience
: 2 to 7 years in automotive component testing / validation

Relevant Domain Experience :
Automotive braking systems, ABS / EBS, pneumatic and electro-pneumatic components, DVP execution and test reporting

Education / Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile or Mechatronics Engineering

Mandatory
DVP preparation, test planning and execution
Functional, durability, vibration, climatic and performance testing
Pneumatic Test benches build experience
Data acquisition, test data analysis and defect reporting
Root cause analysis using 8D / 5 Why and corrective action tracking
Explicit technical documentation, communication and teamwork

Main duties/responsibilities
Plan, prepare and execute validation tests for brake control components and assemblies.
Prepare and maintain DVPs based on product, customer and internal requirements.
Perform functional, endurance, vibration, climatic, leakage and performance tests.




Analyze test results, identify deviations and prepare explicit validation reports.
Support DFMEA, design reviews and root cause analysis for validation or field issues.
Coordinate with design, simulation, quality, manufacturing and supplier teams.
Maintain test equipment readiness, calibration status and lab documentation.
Support PPAP, change management, product release and continuous improvement activities.

Key Performance Indicators/or main Deliverable
DVP completion as per agreed project milestones
On-time and accurate test report release
Timely closure of validation issues and action items
Compliance to safety, quality and documentation requirements
Test efficiency improvement through automation / standardization
Support for successful PPAP, CR closure and product release.
