Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the organization.
Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
Conduct headhunting and targeted talent mapping to identify and approach passive candidates.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Negotiate offers and coordinate the offer-to-joining process.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring status.
Work closely with business teams and HR to understand manpower requirements.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
