Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities to ensure execution as per drawings, designs, and project specifications.
Ensure quality control by inspecting materials, workmanship, and conducting on-site tests as required.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
Prepare quantity estimations and ensure timely availability of construction materials.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental compliance at the site.
Perform surveying, leveling, and layout work for roads, drainage, and structures.
Troubleshoot in office execution issues and escalate design or drawing concerns when needed.
Maintain proper documentation of site activities, work orders, approvals, and inspection records.




Support project engineers and managers with technical input and site coordination.

Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
4+ years of experience in road/highway construction projects
Strong knowledge of highway specifications (IRC/MORTH) and site practices
Ability to read drawings, prepare quantity calculations, and manage labor/contractor teams
Strong communication and site coordination skills
Must be willing to work at any location .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
