About the Role

/n

Helen O'Grady International India is looking for a energetic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead our Sales & Business expansion initiatives across Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in sales, business development and relationship management who can identify high-potential business partners and successfully guide them through the entire Business acquisition journey.

Key Responsibilities:

/n
Identify, qualify and engage prospective Business partners through various channels including digital campaigns, referrals, networking, and inbound enquiries.

/n
Manage the complete sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM updates.

/n
Guide candidates through the evaluation and onboarding process, including territory discussions,



documentation and agreement coordination.

/n
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

/n
Conduct market research and territory analysis to identify expansion opportunities across Mumbai.

/n
Track pipeline performance, conversion rates and sales targets while providing regular reports to management.

/n
Represent the brand at Business expos, networking events and business development meetings when required.

Requirements:

/n
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

/n
3–5 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.

/n
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

/n
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

/n
Strong analytical and territory planning skills.

/n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
