Role & responsibilities
Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all plant machinery.
Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for recurring equipment failures.
Supervise and guide the maintenance team, including electricians, fitters, and technicians.
Ensure timely repair and servicing of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize disruption during maintenance work.
Identify prospects to improve equipment reliability and reduce breakdown frequency.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and regulations.
Prepare maintenance budgets and track costs against plan.
Support installation, commissioning, and upgrades of recent machinery.
