Financial Management
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, income, expenditure, and fund utilization.
Prepare and manage the school budget in consultation with management.
Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to management.

Fee Management
Supervise student fee collection and reconciliation.
Monitor outstanding fees and coordinate follow-up for fee recovery.
Generate fee collection reports and financial summaries.
Ensure accurate posting of fee receipts and concessions.

Accounts & Bookkeeping
Maintain ledgers, journals, cash books, and bank records.
Verify and process invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank accounts and other financial records regularly.
Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation records.

Payroll Administration
Oversee salary processing for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Ensure statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, TDS, Skilled Tax, etc.
Maintain payroll records and employee reimbursement accounts.





Compliance & Audit
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, PF, ESI, Labour Laws, and other applicable regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Prepare financial documents required for CBSE, government authorities, and statutory bodies.
Maintain all financial records as per legal requirements.

Procurement & Vendor Management
Verify purchase orders and vendor payments.
Monitor vendor contracts and payment schedules.
Ensure proper documentation for all purchases and services.

Financial Controls
Develop and implement internal financial control systems.
Prevent financial discrepancies and ensure accountability.
Monitor adherence to financial policies and procedures.

MIS & Reporting
Prepare periodic MIS reports for management.
Present financial performance reports and budget variance analysis
