JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, guide, and motivate the team to achieve business targets.
Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Train and mentor team members on products, processes, and performance.
Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share updates with management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely execution of tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
2–10 years of experience in Ayurveda, Herbal, or Healthcare industry preferred.
Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
Solid communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
