Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor boys residing in the hostel.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and proper hostel routines.
Ensure students follow study, meal, sleep, and wake-up schedules.
Monitor student attendance and movement.
Address students’ basic needs and concerns.
Coordinate with the Hostel Warden, School Management, and parents when required.
Ensure hostel safety and report any incident or emergency immediately.
Maintain proper records of hostel activities and student attendance.
Support students with care, guidance, and a positive workplace.

Eligibility:
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Previous experience in a hostel, boarding school, residential school, or student supervision will be an advantage.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, disciplined, patient, and physically fit.
Willingness to stay in school-provided accommodation, if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
