Technical Program Manager Java, AWS & E-commerce

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale technology programs, preferably within the e-commerce domain. The ideal candidate should have a robust technical background in Java, Microservices, AWS, and Kafka, along with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple technology programs from planning through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality are met.
Drive end-to-end delivery of Java-based microservices and cloud-native applications.
Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure successful program execution.
Provide technical oversight for solutions built using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and AWS.
Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and cross-team coordination across multiple projects.
Define program roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and success metrics.




Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective execution across development teams.
Partner with architects and engineering leads to drive scalable, highly available, and secure solutions.
Manage integrations and event-driven architectures using Kafka and microservices.
Drive cloud adoption and optimization across AWS-based settings.
Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, architecture standards, security, and quality processes.
Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
Ensure successful production releases, post-production stabilization, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
12+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in technical program/project management.
