Role Overview

We are looking for a News & Content Writer who can research, write, and publish engaging content primarily around digital marketing, marketing, advertising, brands, AI, technology, social media, business, and industry trends.

The role will also involve PR content, media communication, press releases, and identifying newsworthy stories. While marketing and digital will be the primary focus, the candidate should be comfortable covering other relevant news and emerging topics when required.

Key Responsibilities
Research and write news articles, industry stories, features, trends, and opinion-led content.
Cover developments across marketing, digital marketing, advertising, brands, AI, technology, social media, business, and media.
Identify relevant news angles, trends, campaigns, brand developments, and industry updates.
Write and edit press releases,



media pitches, brand announcements, and PR content.
Support media outreach and journalist communication and identify potential PR prospects.
Convert press releases and announcements into engaging, reader-friendly editorial stories.
Conduct reliable research and fact-check information before publication.
Write solid headlines, introductions, and social media copies for published content.
Stay updated with current affairs, industry developments, digital trends, and emerging technologies.
Follow basic SEO and digital publishing practices.
Collaborate with PR, creative, social media, and marketing teams to develop relevant content.

What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of experience in journalism, digital media, content writing, PR, marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest and understanding of marketing, advertising, digital, AI, brands, and social media.
