Job Responsibilities - Centre Manager

Key Responsibilities Center Operations
Manage the overall operations and performance of the Thane center.
Ensure smooth patient flow, appointment scheduling, consultations, and treatment coordination.
Implement operational SOPs and maintain service quality standards.
Monitor center efficiency, hygiene, and patient satisfaction.

Patient Experience & Counseling
Ensure exceptional patient service and experience.
Handle patient concerns, escalations, and feedback effectively.




Guide patients regarding treatment plans and coordinate follow-ups.
Work closely with doctors and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Revenue & Business Growth
Achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and business targets.
Drive treatment package conversions and patient retention.
Monitor collections, renewals, and center profitability.
Support local marketing and business development initiatives.

Team Management
Lead and supervise front office executives, patient coordinators, therapists, and support staff.
Conduct training sessions and performance reviews.
Foster a positive, disciplined, and patient-focused work culture.
Ensure high levels of team productivity and accountability.

Administration & Reporting
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor billing, inventory, expenses, and operational processes.
