Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance on employee development and training needs.
Facilitate performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Develop performance improvement plans (PIP).

Compensation & Perks
Design and manage compensation structures.
Ensure market-competitive salary benchmarking.
Oversee employee advantages programs like health insurance, other benefits, etc.
Handle payroll management in coordination with the finance department.
Preparation of monthly salary and handling its related compliances.





Training & Development
Conduct training needs assessments.
