We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible \Finance Executive\ to manage day-to-day accounting, financial operations, compliance coordination, and reporting.
Job Summary

The Finance Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting transactions, supporting GST/TDS and statutory compliance, monitoring receivables and payables, preparing financial reports, and assisting management with financial analysis and operational decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have solid accounting fundamentals, valuable Excel skills, attention to detail,



and the ability to independently manage routine finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping

* Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

* Record sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

* Maintain accurate ledgers and supporting documentation.

* Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

* Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries.
Accounts Payable & Receivable

* Manage vendor invoices and payment processing.

* Track customer invoices, collections, and outstanding receivables.

* Maintain ageing reports for receivables and payables.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice/payment-related queries.
GST, TDS & Compliance

* Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns.

* Support TDS calculation, reconciliation, and compliance activities.

* Maintain proper records for statutory requirements.
