About the Role

We are looking for motivated and hardworking Sales Agents to join our growing auto-transport sales team.

You will communicate with customers in the U.S. who are looking to ship their vehicles. Your main responsibility will be to contact leads, understand the customer’s requirements, provide competitive quotes, follow up with customers, and close vehicle transportation orders.

This is a performance-based sales position. We are looking for people who are motivated by achieving targets and increasing their earnings through strong sales performance.

Responsibilities
Contact potential customers by phone and follow up with leads.
Understand customer vehicle-shipping requirements.
Provide quotes and explain our transportation services.
Handle customer questions and price objections.
Negotiate and close vehicle transportation orders.
Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
Follow up consistently with potential customers.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.




Work as part of a team and maintain professional communication.

Requirements
Good spoken and written English.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
Sales experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
Comfortable working with daily sales targets.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
