Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and calibrate Optical Emission Spectrometers at client sites.
Provide timely preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal instrument performance.
Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues both in office and remotely.
Train customers on instrument operation, care, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate service records, installation reports, and customer feedback logs.
Coordinate with the technical team for complex repairs and spare parts management.
Support the sales team during product demos, exhibitions, and technical discussions when required.
Ensure compliance with company service policies and safety guidelines.
Maintain robust relationships with customers to enhance service satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
