Field Sales Executive

Location: Delhi NCR (Including parts of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh & Uttar Pradesh)
Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote academic books and educational resources across educational institutions. This role involves meeting schools, colleges, universities, libraries, distributors, and institutional customers to generate sales and build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Visit educational institutions within the assigned territory.
Promote academic books and educational publications.
Meet principals, faculty members, librarians, department heads, and institutional buyers.
Generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct product presentations and introduce new publications.
Coordinate with distributors and channel partners.
Follow up on customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, enquiries,
and sales activities.
Participate in educational exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and book fairs.
Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in field sales, educational sales, FMCG sales, B2B sales, or business development is preferred.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
