Responsibilities:
Perform quality inspections on products and components.
Conduct in-process and final quality checks.
Identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Follow safety and quality procedures.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
Hands-on experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
Understanding of 7 QC Tools (preferred).
Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Familiarity with 5S and Kaizen concepts.
Good documentation and reporting skills.




Basic MS Excel knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related field preferred).
Basic knowledge of quality inspection and MS Excel is preferred.
Positive communication and attention to detail.

This is a 3rd Party Payroll position under Vertex Crew Solutions.:

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
