Civil Site Maintenance Engineer

Location: Viramgam, Gujarat
Budget (CTC): ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Skills Required:
Knowledge of building and civil maintenance works.
Experience in repair and maintenance of residential/commercial/industrial buildings.
Understanding of civil drawings and BOQ.
Supervision of labour and contractor activities.
Planning and execution of day-to-day maintenance work.
Knowledge of masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and tiling works.
Ability to estimate material requirements and control wastage.
Coordination with vendors and procurement teams.
Preparation of daily work reports and maintenance records.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle emergency breakdown and maintenance issues.
Ensuring quality standards and site safety compliance.

Pay: ₹20,758.84 - ₹25,981.68 per month
