Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and skilled manpower positions.
Build and maintain a solid network of agents across India.
Conduct mass hiring campaigns for GCC and international projects.

Agent & Vendor Management
Develop and manage relationships with local recruitment agents and sourcing partners.
Expand the company's sourcing network in different states across India.
Negotiate sourcing costs and ensure ethical recruitment practices.
Monitor agent performance and maintain a reliable talent pipeline.
Coordinate with trade test centers and mobilization teams.

Recruitment Operations
Coordinate interviews, trade tests, documentation, medicals, visa processing, and deployment.
Work closely with Business Development and Operations teams to ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers and manpower availability databases.
Ensure recruitment timelines and client SLAs are consistently met.

Team Leadership
Guide and mentor recruiters and sourcing executives.




Allocate requirements based on recruiter expertise.
Monitor recruiter productivity and sourcing quality.
Conduct daily recruitment review meetings.

Client Coordination
Understand client requirements in detail before sourcing.
Provide regular recruitment progress reports.
Handle urgent shutdown and project-based hiring requirements.
