Job Title: ITI Mechanical Technician

Reporting To: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary:
The ITI Mechanical Technician is responsible for mechanical maintenance, machine servicing, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of plant machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
Attend mechanical faults and ensure quick resolution.
Maintain machinery, gearboxes, motors, conveyors, pumps, and equipment.
Carry out machine installation, fitting, and repair work.
Identify mechanical issues and take corrective actions.
Support production team for smooth machine operations.
Maintain maintenance records and reports.
Follow safety procedures and company SOPs.
Ensure proper use of tools and equipment.




Maintain cleanliness and safety in the maintenance area.

Required Qualification:
ITI Mechanical (Fitter / Machinist / Maintenance)

Experience:
1 to 3 years experience in plant maintenance preferred.
Freshers can also apply.

Required Skills:
Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge
Knowledge of machine parts and tools
Preventive maintenance understanding
Fitting and repair skills
Teamwork and problem-solving ability
Safety awareness
