Global Supply Chain Manager (Procurement & Manufacturing Operations)

We are looking for an experienced and high-performing
Global Supply Chain Manager
to lead and manage
end-to-end supply chain, procurement, global logistics, vendor development, supplier quality,
and
manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage global logistics and international shipments across USA, Europe, India & APAC regions.
Optimize freight modes, shipment planning, delivery timelines, and logistics costs.
Drive supply chain planning to ensure material availability and minimize stock-outs.
Manage inventory levels and improve demand and forecast accuracy.
Develop and manage a solid supplier and vendor ecosystem.
Handle vendor identification, qualification, RFQs, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and avoid production delays.
Support supplier quality processes, including approved vendor management, documentation, corrective actions,



and compliance requirements.
Manage import/export activities, including HS codes, duties, customs processes, and shipment documentation.
Track and monitor key supply chain KPIs, including On-Time Delivery, inventory, delays, and logistics costs.
Build dashboards and reports to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement.
Identify prospects for cost optimization, process improvement, and supply chain efficiency.
Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, sheet metal, polymers, silicone, and product assemblies while working with suppliers and production teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in
Global Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations

Solid experience in
international logistics, global shipments
