Job Summary

The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive client experience. The role involves regular client communication, follow-ups, lead management, and supporting business growth through strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
Handle client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and store teams to ensure smooth client service.
Handle client complaints and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Follow up with clients after purchase/service to ensure satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and upselling.




Maintain a database of existing and potential clients.
Support sales activities and achieve assigned relationship/sales targets.
Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Participate in client events, exhibitions, promotions, and other business activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, sales, or a related role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups effectively.
