Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide production support for AWS-hosted services, triaging incidents and driving resolution to restore service.
Support DevOps practices for reliable operations, including operational readiness and change support.
Assist with AWS compliance activities, including evidence collection and validation of controls in AWS environments.
Support data platform operations involving Snowflake, including access and operational troubleshooting.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure operational and compliance requirements are met during ongoing changes.

Skills Required:
3 - 6 years of relevant experience in AWS operations, DevOps,



and production support
Solid knowledge of AWS and cloud operations.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Hands-on experience in Production Support and incident management.
Experience with Snowflake and data platform operations.
Basic to intermediate Python scripting skills.
Understanding of cloud compliance, security controls, and evidence management.
Valuable troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
