Role Purpose

This is a junior-level role for professionals with 0–3 years of experience, based in Bhopal, who want hands-on exposure to cybersecurity tools, endpoint management, and compliance implementation.

The role is primarily remote, with periodic travel to the Gurgaon office for onboarding, training, or project needs.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Support:
Assist in deployment and configuration of Antivirus, DLP, MDM, and UEM solutions
Support Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS settings
Follow standard SOPs and implementation checklists

Technical Support (Remote – L1/L2/L3):
Provide remote support via remote tools, tickets, email, and calls
Troubleshoot endpoint, device, and policy issues
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or OEM support
Maintain proper docume
