CTC: 7 to 9 LPA

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Monitor workflow failures, stuck processes, and resolve issues
Validate SAP data (PO, Vendor, Invoice) for accuracy
Coordinate with L3 teams and track resolution timelines
Escalate aging and critical issues proactively
Manage incidents and ensure SLA compliance

ERP Data Validation Scope
Validate Purchase Orders, Vendor Master, and Invoice data
Identify mismatches between system
Raise tickets to L3 for technical fixes
Perform post-resolution validation

L3 Coordination Responsibilities
Track and follow up on L3 tickets
Ensure adherence to resolution timelines
Escalate SLA breaches
Highlight recurring issues and risks to management

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of P2P lifecycle
High level functional knowledge of ERP like SAP (S/4HANA or ECC)
Solid stakeholder communication and coordination skills
Generate reports on




Failed transactions
Workflow cycle times
Bottlenecks and SLA breaches
Ensure data integrity across integrated systems.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
