Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Civil Engineering Trainer to provide practical, job-oriented training to civil engineering and diploma students. The trainer will be responsible for teaching industry-relevant software and helping students develop the technical skills required for careers in civil engineering, drafting, structural design, and BIM.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical training in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Revit and SketchUp.
Teach students 2D drafting, floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, detailing, layers, dimensions, blocks and plotting in AutoCAD.
Train students in structural modelling, analysis and basic design concepts using STAAD.Pro.
Teach Revit Architecture including BIM concepts, levels, grids, walls, doors, windows, floors, roofs, views, sheets, families and basic documentation.




Train students in SketchUp for 3D modelling, visualization and presentation of building projects.
Explain civil engineering drawings, construction drawings and industry drafting standards.
Provide hands-on assignments and real-world project-based training.
Guide students through complete projects from basic drawings to 3D/BIM models.
Conduct practical tests, assignments and project evaluations.
Help students develop technical knowledge, communication skills and qualified confidence.
Maintain student progress records and provide regular feedback.
Prepare students for interviews and entry-level jobs in civil engineering and design.
