Job Role: Electrical Engineer – Office Tendering & Coordination

Job Description
Handle office-based electrical engineering activities related to tendering, estimation, documentation, procurement support, and project coordination.
Prepare and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for electrical works.
Review project specifications, tender documents, electrical drawings, and client requirements.
Prepare technical and commercial documents for tenders and quotations.
Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotations) and coordinate with vendors for quotations.
Assist the procurement team with technical specifications and material requirements.
Review electrical drawings and identify discrepancies or required modifications.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, vendors, and clients for project-related requirements.
Support project planning and ensure electrical activities are aligned with project schedules.
Maintain proper records of tender documents, quotations, BOQs, drawings, and technical correspondence.




Assist in comparing vendor quotations and evaluating technical and commercial requirements.
Ensure all electrical documentation is accurate and submitted within the required timelines.

Required Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
5–7 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, tendering, estimation, or project coordination.
Positive knowledge of MS Office.
Valuable working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Solid understanding of electrical drawings, BOQ preparation, estimation, and tender documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
