Faresplanet Travel Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Team Leader - US Travel Sales to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. We are looking for a motivated leader with a solid background in the US travel industry and a proven ability to drive sales results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of US Travel Sales Executives.
Achieve team sales targets and ensure high productivity.
Monitor KPIs, call quality, and team performance.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
Handle customer escalations and support the team in closing sales.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in US Travel Sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Comfortable working on the US Night Shift.
