Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate product information.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
Explain company products, features, pricing, and offers to customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and appointments.
Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and pending orders.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain a qualified and positive relationship with customers.
Prepare daily/weekly telecalling reports.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good Hindi and English communication.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Candidate
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or inside sales.
Experience in HVAC, electrical products, home appliances, or manufacturing will be an advantage.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
